Employers that have spent money the picketers could have been earning on a private security firm to monitor the doors and allow access to the 'scabs'.Īmongst all those i've seen happily skiving off work on a poxy $1k/mo none have really so much as lifted a finger to a 'traitor' worker actually trying to continue to make a living. There they sit and stand wearing stupid signs and looking morose - clearly failing in any attempt at sympathy from the public let alone concern from their employers.
The ever lasting Telus strike has provided much hilarity over the last few weeks upon my walking by the picketers, standing outside a subsidiary Telus building, on my way to work.
